Description: As part of our website design service, we provide our clients with instant SMS notifications whenever a new lead form is submitted through their website. These messages are operational and transactional in nature and are sent solely to the authorized business owner or designated contact for that client account.

Consent: Consent for this service is obtained verbally during the client onboarding call and documented in our internal CRM. During onboarding, we disclose the following: "As part of your website service, you will receive automated text messages each time a customer submits a form on your website. Message frequency will vary based on your website activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing our services." We document your consent in our records before activating this feature.
